From the fast-paced world of sales to the strategic realm of brand management, my career has been driven by a passion for innovation and growth. Starting out in sales, I quickly moved into brand management, marketing, and business operations, honing my expertise in shaping successful FMCG brands. Today, I’m proud to serve as the Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of PRAN Group, leading the Culinary Business Unit.

With over two decades of experience as a business leader and global marketing expert, I specialize in crafting innovative strategies that fuel growth and sustainability. Awarded the Global Marketing Leaders Award, I have consistently delivered transformative results, shaping brands that thrive across diverse markets worldwide.

I hold an MBA in Marketing and Finance from North South University, which provided a solid foundation in business strategy. Additionally, I have completed specialized certification in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online, and Strategy Implementation from Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad (IIM), India. I also did ACBA program from IBA-University of Dhaka. These programs have sharpened my expertise in strategic decision-making, leadership, and sustainability, enabling me to integrate innovative, sustainable practices into brand development and corporate strategies.
